Who I am

Hello, I’m glad you’re here.

My Start

I began my journey as a life coach/hypnotherapist, dedicating seven years to helping others release old patterns rooted in trauma and transform their lives. Integrated into that work, I embraced my own spiritual path, flying my woo-woo flag high as an intuitive practitioner. Additionally, I have also worked and volunteered as an advocate for individuals experiencing sexual or interpersonal violence. All of my work is steeped in a holistic approach that honors the soul’s wisdom.

My life has been marked by profound experiences. The early death of a parent, being adopted, and navigating through abuse and neglect. As a result, I’ve faced my own battles with depression and gone through a significant spiritual emergence. In addition to a lifelong meditation practice and nature-based spirituality, I am a student of Buddhism and Eastern philosophies. These experiences have given me a deep understanding and compassion for what it’s like to struggle, to heal, and to discover inner peace.

In recent years, I’ve jumped through the hoops to become a licensed therapist in Washington, so I can bill insurance for folks who need that to afford my services.

My Identity

As a cisgender, white woman born in the US. I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive space for all. This includes LGBTQIA2S+ and individuals of any ethnicity or faith, as well as anyone exploring their identity, gender, sexuality, or healing from patriarchy and/or decolonization. Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported on their healing journey.

My Approach

I believe in meeting my clients where they are, honoring their unique journeys and needs. I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, loss, life transitions, OCD, PTSD, C-PTSD, and those simply seeking to change old patterns and create a more meaningful life. I specialize in working with adults stuck in patterns due to adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). - In other words, childhood trauma.

My approach to healing involves accessing what is held in the body, rewiring the nervous system for safety, and releasing emotional associations stored in the unconscious mind. I support clients who want to reconnect to joy, uncover their life’s purpose, build self-esteem, reduce anxiety or depression, and free themselves from stuck patterns holding them back.

The primary modalities I use include Hypnosis, Brainspotting, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Breathwork, and Somatic Work.

I believe that healing is a multi-layered process—one that integrates mind, body, and spirit.

In My Freetime

When I’m not working with clients, I love spending time in nature, nurturing my spiritual practice, teaching energy work, intuitive practice, and shamanic journeying. I delight in talentless amateur crafting and have a library of TBRs that’s longer than I could read in a lifetime—yet I keep adding to it with enthusiasm!

Thank you for visiting my page. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing, self-discovery, and joy.
